Good chair
I think this chair is nice for the money but it's not at first I wasn't sure on this chair but after sitting in it for awhile I really like this chair and putting a blanket over it before sitting on it makes it cozy

Its not American comfort is Chinese comfort
I will not advice this chair to anyone over 6'1 and over 220lbs, it will feel too tight. If you are under 5'8" and under 200lbs this chair will be good for you. The chair is not too hard to put together; I recommend that you get a screwdriver or a drill (allen bit) that will significantly reduce the amount of time putting this chair together. The massage functions work as expected but its not more than vibration. This chair is not sturdy at all, so got to be careful with that. Im not a handy person and it took me about 30 min to put it together using the allen wrench it brought and a allen bit screwdriver. I have to returned because of my size (stated above) not because anything wrong with the chair. I will try to check if my daughter could use it to give it to her. It will be perfect for an average size female.

Surprisingly Comfortable!
I HATE buying furniture online and this order came in with a piece that was not manufactured correctly to allow one side screw to screw in. Manufacturer sent a a new piece immediately and that worked. Wife loves this chair than the traditional reclines that I buy that cost are at $1,000 PLUS delivery. We both were pleasantly surprised!

A little small and flimsy feeling
I've used numerous chairs in this style before- this one is a bit smaller and flimsier feeling then most. It is also a little lacking on padding on the butt and back. The armrests are decent though. It also has trouble staying at the angle you want for reclining.I would buy a different one next time, even though it isn't bad per se.I just know there is better ones out there in this style. These kinds of chairs always break in a few years if you are a hardcore gamer, just keep that in mind- it's like a car and we gamers pack on 100,000 sitting miles per year on these. =) Bound to break in time. Uses thin metal tubing... all of em... I can tell this chair will break a little faster then most however. Will update the review in time perhaps if it proves me wrong.(EDIT- I was correct in all my points lol (taking away a star for this reason- the recliner knobs on these always fail fast, and this chair is indeed built to only last but a year or 2 as it's failing in multiple points now (I'm 220lbs far under the req max weight)- will buy a recliner with lever instead of knob from now on instead, I've had enough)

Wonderful Comfort / Solid Construction
This chair is really fantastic. It has a high level of comfort with nice padding yet the vibration of the massage can really be felt strongly especially on the higher setting. It reclines not all the way flat but far enough to take a snooze. It also has a vibrating foot rest. A great way to add an additional seat to your living space that is friendly on the budget too.

No heat... what gives? Other buyers got heat.
The seller's images used to sell the chair contain an image of a chair and remote that uses heat as well as massage. Other buyers even reviewed the chair saying how great the heat is... what heat?My chair does NOT include heat (as imaged in seller's product pictures) AND as reviewed by other buyers.I bought this chair due to the "great" heat/massage reviews. If I had known I was purchasing a gimped product, I would have purchased my second choice chair which I know didn't have heat due to reviews AND was significantly cheaper.Very disappointed as I feel the chair is overpriced with reduced functionality.P.S. it was a pain to assemble AND the mediocre vibration is way too loud for what little it does.

Happy with the purchase
This is a good quality chair and I’m happy with it. It’s very comfortable. The one knock on it is that you have to figure the assembly out for yourself. The “directions” are an absolute joke. Basically there are none. Thankfully I’m good at that kind of thing, but if you’re not…you might want to consider that.

Super comfy and practical!
Love this chair. Yes it just vibrates for the massage feature, but if you want a deep shiatsu-type of massager you're going to have to digg deeper in your pockets. For the price, this chair is super comfortable, classy, and versatile. I was looking for a recliner with a heat feature that would fit in a smaller living area that already has a sofa and love seat. This was the perfect choice. I put it together myself to surprise my hubby for his anniversary present. It was easy to assemble and he loves the heat feature. He's always cold in the winter and wants to crank up the heat. Now I dont have to suffer when he's cold and I'm not!
