Uncanny Brands Star Wars Darth Vader Halo Toaster - Lights-Up and Makes Lightsaber Sounds

This R2D2 toaster works and makes toast very well. I have the R2D2 toaster that imprints a R2D2 on the toast, but the toast does not brown well on the R2D2 side. I am glad I finally got this toaster. It lights up and makes R2 sounds when you start the toaster and then it does it again when the toast is done. This toaster also has the easiest crumb tray I have ever used.

The media could not be loaded. I love this toaster! Firstly, I am a huge Star Wars fan, so I was super excited when I came across this toaster. It only has two slots, but that’s perfect for me and my needs. This toaster looks great! The surface is a sturdy and thick plastic. It is easy to clean and has a small pull out tray for crumbs. It has a nice range of temperatures for toasting and even includes a button specific for bagel toasting. It is super easy and fun to use. When you push the lever, it makes a great R2D2 beeping sound and lights up. When it’s coming to the end of the toasting cycle, it gives off another series of beeping. This is my favorite toaster and when it stops working I plan on getting another one. So far, it has been working great for these last three years. This is a great buy!

the best kitchen gadget i've ever bought

My daughter has Celiac Disease and so we had to get a toaster specifically for her. She told me to choose one for her, and being the nerd that I am, I chose this R2-D2 one. What I didn't expect was for quality of the toaster to be so excellent. There is an easy to use knob on the side for light to dark toast, the toaster actually plays the R2-D2 sounds when the lever is pulled down and also just before the toast pops up...like a little warning to head over there. It certainly is the envy of family and friends that come over who all demand to know where they can get one. Best kitchen purchase in the last few years.

Bought this as a gift for my brother who is a Star Wars fan. I thought this would be some type of a gag gift, however it sits in a place of pride in his kitchen. Works well for him and is easy to use.

If you’re a fan of Star Wars, it’s worth it. It does a good job of toasting, and the lights and sounds are fun. I just suggest running it empty the first time you use it to burn off any coatings or oils left behind from the manufacturing process. I also kinda wish it would do the R2D2 scream when it’s finished toasting instead of the same beeps again.

Shipped well, toaster works great! Have to make sure to remove all shipping plastic and such but outside of that it’s been doing its job and my son loves it!
