The Unsung Heroes of My Home Devices
Alright, folks, gather 'round, because I need to talk about the CR2023 batteries. Yes, you heard that right. Not the flashy AAAs, not the mighty D cells, but the humble, often overlooked, CR2023. And let me tell you, these tiny titans are game changers.I've always been a skeptic when it comes to battery reviews. "They power things, great, what's the big deal?" I'd scoff. Then, my garage door opener decided it was done with life. Utterly, tragically, irrevocably dead. I was trapped, a prisoner of my own driveway, until I remembered the forgotten pack of CR2023s lurking in the back of a junk drawer.I popped one of these bad boys into the opener, and I swear, a choir of angels sang. Not only did the garage door open, but it did so with a newfound gusto, a robust enthusiasm I hadn't seen in years. It was like the opener had just chugged a double espresso laced with pure joy.But it didn't stop there. My ancient, finicky kitchen scale, which usually required a ritualistic tap-dance and a solemn prayer to turn on, now leaps to life with a single touch. My car key fob, once a symbol of my impending descent into vehicular lockout despair, now broadcasts its signal with the strength of a thousand suns, unlocking my car from across the street (and possibly, the next town over). These aren't just batteries; they're tiny, cylindrical miracles. They don't just provide power; they provide enthusiasm. They don't just fit in a slot; they elevate the device they inhabit. If you're looking to bring some unexpected zest back into the electronic corners of your life, look no further than the CR2023. Just be warned, your devices might start demanding raises.

Works perfectly for Apple AirTags
Anyone else have trouble finding a “name brand” battery that works in your AirTag? A lot of brands put a nasty tasting (or so I’m told) coating on their button batteries to stop kids from swallowing them. This coating has to be sanded off in order for those tiny contact points on an AirTag to work. These batteries work beautifully because they don’t have that coating. I’ll be back with an update on their longevity…

Reliable Power for All My Devices!
These CR2032 batteries are everything I hoped for—fresh, fully charged, and built to last. I’ve used them in a variety of devices, from my digital scale to a garage remote, and they’ve performed flawlessly across the board. You can tell they’re high quality—Grade A cells, CE and ROHS certified, and they hold a full 3V charge as advertised. No dead units, no surprises. I especially appreciate the 3-year shelf life, which makes this 10-pack a great value for long-term storage. If you’re tired of cheap batteries that die in weeks, switch to these. They’re ideal for everyday tech like remotes, LED lights, watches, and even medical gear. Highly recommended!

Not great for Apple AirTags — drained way too fast
We chose these batteries based on the number of reviews and the affordable price. Used them for our Apple AirTags, but after just a couple of months, the tags started making low-battery sounds. In the past, batteries in the same devices would last a year or more. These might be fine for other purposes, but for AirTags — definitely not powerful enough. It’s better to pay a little more for better-quality batteries that actually last.

Much better value for the money than many popular brands
This was a reorder of these batteries. Used in automobile key fobs, they don't last as long as the ones the dealership charges $7 each for, but they cost much less and are certainly a better value. We have never had one of these batteries ever leak in any device, so the quality is good and they are safe to use.

Powerful replacement
These batteries have worked well in many small electronics, including my kitchen scale and meat thermometer. This battery type tends to be more expensive when purchased in a store, so I was happily surprised to find this more affordable option. The batteries are the correct size for my electronics and don’t seem to lose power faster than any name brand batteries. Definitely will repurchase!
